The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the upper levels, a single with en-suite shower on the first floor, a double with a shower room on the second floor and another lovely double with an en-suite shower and access to a private terrace with sun loungers on the third floor. The master suite is housed on the fourth floor offering delightful views over the rooftops of Pollensa, it has a private shower room and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Outside, offers spacious terraces, sitting areas and even a private plunge pool equipped with an outdoor shower to cool down during the hottest hours, a true bonus for a centrally located townhouse. Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Villa Elisa is located in the heart of Pollensa old town, 250 m from the main square lined with cafés, restaurants and bars and famous for its Sunday markets. Pollensa is located at the north of the island, an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Just a few kilometres is Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive and there is rarely a high-rise block in sight; just long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. Cala San Vincente, a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
