Finca Catalina is an impressive 4 bedroom country house with a private pool, a gym and a home-cinema that sleeps 8 guests. Surrounded by extensive gardens with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains this stone-built property provides an oasis of peace yet it is still ideally placed between the resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Inside the villa is set over 2 floors, incredibly spacious and airy with exposed stone walls and precious furniture that enhance the feeling of class and style. The main entrance leads to a welcoming living room with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, wi-fi internet and a separate kitchen with a dining area that is finished to the highest standard and fully equipped for the preparation of any meals. Patio doors lead to the outdoor terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs, rattan sofas, barbecue and table tennis. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom, a huge family shower room, a private gym and a laundry area with a washing machine as well as a dryer. A sweeping stone staircase leads up to the first floor with its precious wooden floors and high ceilings. This floor houses a “home-cinema” with armchairs and flat screen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Particular emphasis has been given to the storage space for clothes with a central dressing room, to the style of the furnishing and to the size of the bathrooms which are surprisingly large and beautifully finished. All bedrooms are air-conditioned on a timer. Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Catalina is situated in a peaceful area, nestled in the countryside with panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains yet ideally located between the resorts of Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vincente which can be reached in just a 10/15 minutes drive. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollensa once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and long swathes of sandy beaches lined by pine and palm trees with an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vincente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and the crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
