Finca Coleta is a spacious 4 bedroom villa set within extensive gardens with a large swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. It offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside with the Tramuntana mountains in the distance and an excellent location 10 minutes from the Golf course, close to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro which are just a short drive away (10/15 minutes). The villa sleeps 8 guests and has been furnished with taste and style making wide use of traditional elements and modern comforts. On the ground floor patio doors open out to the terraces/pool, there is a large lounge, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one twin and one double with an en-suite bathroom. A traditionally tiled staircase leads to an airy and spacious upper floor with beautiful beamed ceilings, a second lounge area, a bathroom and 2 further air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin. Outside the villa is set in stunning grounds of beautifully kept gardens with lawn, shrubs, flowers and even a small pond with a fountain. The generously sized private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and complemented by a pleasant Jacuzzi. A shaded terrace that wraps around the property is furnished with sofas and a dining table, ideal for meals al fresco cooked on the brick-built barbecue. Finca Coleta is the perfect place to enjoy the Mallorcan sun in an oasis of peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to amenities, stunning beaches, traditional villages and ancient towns!

Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Finca Coleta has an excellent location 10 minutes drive from Pollensa Golf course, set in the countryside with lovely views yet perfectly placed just a 10/15 minute drive to Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. The long sandy beaches with shallow clear waters at Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are great for families with plenty of activities and water sports on offer, they are lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Cala San Vincente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.

Lovely villa, great use of outside space.
Very peaceful and well located for a group of cyclists.
Plenty of parking space and large kitchen
( watch your head on the extraction fan:)
Only niggle was the alarm went off as we accessed the villa with Jo instructions to disable it. Quickly resolved with a phone call to the villa manager.

Fabulous house. Location was remote- definitely need a car but was quiet and peaceful. Pool was exceptional. House was v well equipped. One of showers didn’t work but other 2 were fine. Fish pond with frogs was v popular with the children!
Instructions to locate the house were misleading but office staff helpful when we rang them for help!
