Casa Emily is an attractive, 2-bedroom country villa with a private pool and a roof/sun terrace providing 360-degree views of the mountains, countryside and bay. The villa has a great location in a peaceful area yet within easy reach of old town Pollensa, Pollensa golf course, Alcudia (10 mins) and a great choice of beautiful sandy beaches (15/20 mins). A gated driveway leads to a long covered terrace with comfy seating areas and tables plus a built-in barbecue, perfect for dining al fresco or simply relaxing. The large kidney-shaped pool is well situated next to a shower room and surrounded by a pretty garden full of mature trees, flowers, shrubs and many palm trees. A gate leads to the lovely vegetable patch, an orchard and a wild area – a perfect place for a picnic and guests are invited to help themselves to pick up any fruit along the way. Inside, there is a spacious, traditional kitchen fitted with fully modern appliances and marble worktops, a walk-in pantry and a separate utility room with a washing machine and additional fridge. A charming Mallorcan style lounge/dining room and a hallway leading to a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a twin room and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have delightful views over the garden. A flight of stairs leads up to an enormous sun terrace with panoramic views, it's a magical place to watch the sunrise over the bay, tan in the sunshine during the day, then watch the sun go down over the mountains – all in complete privacy. Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vincente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Casa Emily is situated in a peaceful area in the countryside yet ideally located just 10 minutes drive to the golf course, Pollensa old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beach of Port de Pollensa. The beach resorts of Platja d'Alcudia, Platja de Muro and Cala San Vincente are also within easy reach in approximately 15/20 minutes. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. The long sandy beaches with shallow clear waters at Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are great for families with plenty of activities and water sports on offer, they are lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Cala San Vincente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.
