Set on the crest of a hill with views towards the mountains and bay, its' central location provides easy access to Alcudia, Port d'Alcudia, Pollensa and the long sandy beaches of the east coast. The property is well equipped and tastefully decorated mixing traditional features with modern comforts and is set over two floors. On the ground floor, is a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player and doors that open out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool, a modern fully fitted kitchen, two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is on the upper floor with an en-suite bathroom and superb views of the bay. Outside, the large garden is surrounded by mature trees providing privacy and shade, there are plants and flowers as well as a lawn area that houses an inviting private pool. For the lovers of al fresco dining a brick-built barbecue is available and the covered front terrace is equipped with dining and lounge furniture. Casa Abril offers excellent accommodation in the Pollensa/Alcudia area and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to be close to beaches, activities, nightlife and attractions.

Alcudia - Weekly market in the old town is considered one of the most important on the island with a wide variety of products on offer.
Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Casa Abril is set on the crest of a hill above the road to Alcudia, Pollensa and Sa Pobla. Its' elevated position provides panoramic views of the sea/bay whilst its' central location gives easy access to the town, attractions and sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia as well as the ancient town of Alcudia (approx. 6 minutes drive). Old town Pollensa, Pollensa golf course and the sandy beach at Platja de Muro are also nearby (approx. 10 minutes drive) so the villa provides an excellent base for exploring the area. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, a perfectly restored medieval walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre, with a wealth of history and charm this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan experience and is also well-known for its' restaurants that specialise in serving traditional dishes. Port d'Alcudia is a popular resort destination with a long sandy beach stretching from the port down to Platja de Muro. It's a great place for families with shallow clear waters, activities and water sports on offer. The beach is lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest.
