Its' central position provides easy access to Alcudia, Port d'Alcudia, old town Pollensa, the long sandy beaches of the east coast, Pollensa golf and the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park. The villa is set over one floor and sleeps 6 guests in the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a spacious living/dining room with original interior stone wall features, a wood-burner fireplace, comfortable sofas, a DVD player, Satellite TV and a dining table/chairs. Doors open out to the front covered porch where you can enjoy alfresco dining and grilled meals cooked on the barbecue in the covered outdoor kitchen area. The well-established garden is enclosed by hedgerows with mature trees, lawn areas and stone-paved sun terraces that surround a large private pool. A crystal clear mosaic tiled swimming pool measuring 50 m² with child-friendly Roman steps and plenty of loungers for lazy days spent in the sun. Table tennis is provided for extra entertainment in the shaded laundry area to the back of the villa. Casa Biel offers a comfortable family holiday home and is ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat whilst being just a short (10 minutes) drive to beaches, activities, nightlife and attractions.

Alcudia - Weekly market in the old town is considered one of the most important on the island with a wide variety of products on offer.
Pollensa - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollensa/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - A range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollensa Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
Albufera Natural Park - Wonderful wetlands, perfect for bird watching and nature enthusiasts. A protected nature reserve with footpaths, cycle trails, birdwatching hides and a visitors centre.

Casa Biel is situated in an idyllic countryside setting with beautiful views whilst its central location gives easy access to the town, attractions and sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia as well as the ancient town of Alcudia (approx. 8 minutes drive). Old town Pollensa, Pollensa golf course and the sandy beach at Platja de Muro are also nearby (approx. 10 minutes drive) so the villa provides an excellent base for exploring the area. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, a perfectly restored medieval walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre, with a wealth of history and charm this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan experience and is also well-known for its' restaurants that specialise in serving traditional dishes. Port d'Alcudia is a popular resort destination with a long sandy beach stretching from the port down to Platja de Muro. It's a great place for families with shallow clear waters, activities and water sports on offer. The beach is lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest.
