The interiors are air-conditioned and decorated like a traditional Mallorcan home, with white walls, terracotta tiles, wooden furniture and natural linens. Distributed over one floor, there is a lounge/dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and 3 bedrooms (twin beds), an en-suite shower room, and a second shared family bathroom. Outside, a covered dining terrace and a barbecue are provided for meals al fresco, from here external stairs lead to a terrace above with far-reaching views. Casa Alonso has a fenced garden, parking and a private swimming pool which are an added advantage for a property close to the town and is ideal for families looking for a relaxing holiday in a countryside setting close to shops, restaurants, attractions and beaches.

Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.

Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.

Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.

Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.

Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Casa Alonso has a great location, nestled within the lush, green countryside with gently sloping hills as a backdrop whilst still being within walking distance (15 minutes) to the main square of the historic old town of Pollenca, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, many typical tapas bars and cafes. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches with crystal clear waters.
