The villa is situated in a sought-after area in the countryside close to the golf course (6 mins drive), old town Pollenca (10 mins) and the beautiful sandy beaches on the east coast (15/20 mins). Set over two floors the interiors are elegant, furnished to a high standard and modern in design whilst retaining elements that reflect its' rural surroundings. The entrance has solid, wooden double doors which blend harmoniously with the large sandstone blockwork of the walls and leads to the ground floor accommodation. A large bright lounge dining area with a wood-burner, comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, a separate spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a laundry room with a washing machine. There are two twin bedrooms on this floor and a shower room. A large double master suite with a full bathroom and huge corner terrace monopolizes the first floor and offers far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside, hills, fruit orchards and olive groves. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning. Outside, the iridescent green-tiled infinity pool is surrounded on three sides by a wide paved terrace, there is plenty of space to sunbathe on the loungers and a covered terrace provides a nice shady area for the hottest parts of the day. A further covered area houses a built-in barbecue and a table with benches, perfect for grilled meals and al fresco dining. This sought-after location is just 10 minutes drive to old town Pollenca, 6 minutes to the golf course and 20 minutes to Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. Pollensa is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia.
