Finca Braulio with a private pool is a large detached country house situated in the open countryside just outside of Port de Pollenca. The villa offers a peaceful rural setting with lovely mountain views and easy access to this much-adored sandy beach resort (5 mins drive), old town Pollenca, Pollenca Golf course and Cala San Vicente (10 mins drive). This deceptively spacious villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms for 12 guests and has original features including, wood beam ceilings, exposed stone archways, tiled floors and whitewashed walls. Laid out over two floors, the main living space is on the first floor with a lounge that opens out to a front terrace with fabulous views. There is an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and a shared full bathroom that complete this level. A further 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and a shared bathroom are on the ground floor. Here you will also find a second kitchen which is fully equipped, a utility area and a large main entrance hall with dining furniture that opens out to a covered front terrace. At the back of the house, there is plenty of space to enjoy outdoor living with an impressive private pool of 72 m², a large sun terrace equipped with loungers and a poolside shower. A covered lounge/dining terrace provides shade and is perfect for enjoying al fresco meals prepared and cooked in the outdoor kitchen area with built-in barbecue. Finca Braulio offers a countryside retreat, ideal for big families or large groups seeking a relaxing holiday whilst still having easy access to the beach, activities, shops and restaurants!

Finca Braulio is situated in the peaceful open countryside just outside of Port de Pollenca and accessed via a country lane (with tarmac). From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to three resorts (5/10 minutes by car), a beautiful coastline, great beaches and a diversity of culture, shops and restaurants. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars. The town has several places of interest to visit including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery. Port de Pollenca was once a simple fishing port, now it remains very attractive and one of the most popular resorts on the island. The picturesque town is full of Mallorcan charm and is home to long stretches of golden sand, a delightful promenade lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants and a chic marina. There is also an excellent choice of water sports on offer. Cala San Vicente is also just a short drive (10 minutes), a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains. These three bays provide fine sand and pebble beaches and crystal clear waters.
