Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Villa Alcanada Beach has an excellent location next to the beach and Club de Golf Alcanada in the bay of Aucanada. A small and quiet area on the northern edge of the well-known Alcúdia bay on the north coast of Mallorca and just a few minutes drive from the town of Port d'Alcudia. Opposite the island Illa de Alcanada with its lighthouse that features on many postcards you will find the small, romantic stone beach Playa de Alcanada. The beach is lined with shady pine trees and the water is clear-turquoise, calm and at 1.5 m deep, you can swim or walk to the island with a fine sandy beach. For a wider choice, the shops, restaurants and atmospheric old streets of Alcudia are 10 minutes drive and a real treasure on the island. A perfectly restored medieval walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with the remains of ancient houses and a theatre, with a wealth of history and charm this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan experience. The weekly market in the old town is considered one of the most important on the island with a wide variety of products on offer. There are plenty of cafes and Alcudia is also well-known for its' restaurants specialising in traditional Mallorcan food.
