There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a full family bathroom on the first floor and on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with dining area. The house has a large front terrace with a vineyard pergola and well maintained gardens which is home to an inviting private pool and a covered kitchen area with barbecue, wood burning oven and a handy shower room. Finca Mateo is perfect for families/friends who enjoy outdoor living, amazing views and a relaxed atmosphere yet still want to be close to the amenities, restaurants of a bustling ancient town and the long sandy beaches along the east coast!

Pollenca - Places of interest to visit include the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use and the Puig de Pollenca – a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkelling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast, its beautiful setting and design make it an enjoyable course.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.

Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.
