Villa Jelena is located in the small village of Medvidici, just 3 km from Sveti Lovrec, one the best preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria and now a bustling town with busy cafés and a popular pizzeria. The nearest resort is Porec, (20 minutes by car) a lovely seaside town with a wide range of shops and restaurants whilst the UNESCO protected Porec Basilica is well worth a visit.
A catamaran day trip to Venice via Porec is highly-recommended.
