For safety reasons the first floor terrace area to the front is not available for guests to use. Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens with a private pool, sunbeds, outdoor furniture and built-in barbecue area, perfect for meals al fresco. Situated north of Agios Nikolaos and south of the seaside resort of Plaka gives you easy access to both within a short drive Agios Nikolaos attracts many tourists due to its picturesque harbour and interesting sites in the surrounding area, it is most well-known for Voulismeni lake which is linked to the sea by a canal. This is a particularly scenic part of the town with many outdoor coffee shops and restaurants.
