The villa is single storey and sleeps 6 guests in modern, comfortably furnished and air-conditioned interiors. It comprises 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room, another double and one twin, there are a further 2 shower rooms providing a private bathroom for each. The living area is spacious and bright with double French doors out to the terrace and pool, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, a dining table/chairs and the lounge area has a corner sofa and Smart TV. Step outdoors on to the newly built terrace and pool area and take a dip in your private swimming pool or relax on one of many sun loungers. A barbecue and outdoor dining furniture is provided for meals al fresco, perfect for evenings spent with family or friends!

Hersonissos is one of the most popular tourist resorts, it's located 28 km east of Heraklion and hosts the only golf club on the island. The resort offers lots choices to suit all tastes from busy blue flag beaches to quieter secluded coves. It is popular for it's nightlife with an abundance of bars and restaurants whilst also being a convenient base to explore nearby archaeological sites and traditional villages. For families with children you will find many ways of keeping them happy, there are two water parks, an Aquarium, the giant Cret Aquarium in Gournes, a trip on the “happy train”, or let them enjoy themselves in the play areas provided by many restaurants.
Car hire is recommended and the villa has private parking for up to 4 cars.
