Villa Perseus with a private pool is situated on top of the hill in Neo Chorio village and offers amazing panoramic views to Polis Chrysochous bay. This fully renovated modern villa sleeps 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (air conditioned as an optional extra), spacious and beautifully decorated living areas and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing family holiday. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and big glass doors with views to the pool, garden and sea. A dining area with comfortable seating for 6 guests, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed. A staircase leads to the first floor where you`ll find two further spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a big balcony with a sitting area from where you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views. The villa is is built on a big plot of land and has a private pool, furnished terraces and a garden with plenty of trees, plants and amazing sea views. There are several outdoor dining and sitting areas as well as a barbecue, here you can enjoy a meal or a drink watching the sea and stars. Villa Perseus is conveniently located 190 meters from a local taverna and and 5 minutes drive from the coast with beautiful beaches easily reached in both directions.

Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.

Located on top of the hill in Neo Chorio village just 1.2 km from the coast with beautiful beaches in both directions and 2 km from the Latchi harbour, with restaurants and bars are lined up for you to choose where to enjoy your meals and drinks. Neo Chorio is a quaint and traditional village in Paphos, the central road that cuts across the village, leads to Akamas through the houses, fields and the kraals of the inhabitants. The chapel of Saint Ephraim is situated on a rising at the entrance of the village, in the area called “anadasmos (re-distribution of land)”, in between pine trees, the view from here is unique and panoramic. The neighbouring village of Latchi is just a 5 minutes drive with its coastal paved walk is the picturesque harbour of Polis, known throughout Cyprus for its fresh fish and in the past it served as a small port for shipping carobs. The old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, fish taverns and places of recreation. From Latchi, travellers to Polis can go on short cruises to the Akamas, a must for all visitors.
