Villa Mirna with a private pool is a beautiful holiday home located in the peaceful old village of Kotišina, 3.5 km (10 minutes drive) from the centre of Makarska. Nestled under the majestic Biokovo Mountain, it offers magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea, spacious accommodation and a complete level (lower ground floor) dedicated to well-being and entertainment with an indoor Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna, fitness room, bathroom, pool table, table football, dartboard and TV. The villa has 2 bedrooms, a double and a triple so ideal for 5 guests but it can accommodate up to 6, with an additional person sleeping on the sofa in the living room. Over the properties three floors, every room is equipped with air conditioning, SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. The two bedrooms are on the first floor, both have en-suite bathrooms and a private balcony, a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views and a morning coffee. The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with SAT TV, and a bathroom. Outside, the terrace features a private pool with a shower, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining area and a barbecue. Boat Trips - Visit the nearby islands of Hvar and Brac, they are just a short distance from Makarska. Agencies offer day trips or you can rent a boat or take the ferry to reach them.
