Villa Kazaviti offers the ideal setting for peaceful and relaxing holidays, away from it all, embedded by mountains and surrounded by lush, green vegetation.
The main house is completely refurbished in to 3 separate apartments, all with balconies and stunning views over the immense green garden and the surrounding mountains. This apartment features 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 7 persons, a living/dining room with fireplace, TV, dining table with chairs, sofa and french glass doors to the terrace with private barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen.
The immense green garden offers many different relax areas with sunbeds and tables and chairs, offering privacy and relaxation for all guests. You will find any kind of fruit trees here (peaches, plums, apples, grapes, etc,..all organic). Guests can also pick their own vegetables in the organic vegetable garden.

Bedrooms: 2 Sleeps: 4Kazaviti is certainly one of the most beautiful mountain villages of the island. It is 4km far from Prinos and 20km from the capital Thassos Limenas. It is divided into Mikro and Megalo Kazaviti, which between distance is 500m.
The village has narrow paved alleys and cars have access only to the square. The region is known for its tasty and organic meat, its vineyards and wine and you will find several traditional taverns and coffee houses here.
The architecture in Kazaviti is characteristic and has remained untouched by time, the houses are made of stone, with wooden verandas and painted ceilings. During the last few years, they are being restored, renovated and preserved by their owners.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Calliope and Yiannis to Villa Kazaviti. It is set in beautifully kept, extensive gardens from which we were invited to pick all manner of fruits and vegetables which we happily did. The apartment itself is spacious with a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills where we ate most of our meals and the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are comfortable and clean with plenty of fresh towels. We really enjoyed our stay and ate out up in Megalo Prinos as well as walking some of the surrounding footpaths and although the villages are quiet and away from it all it is only a short drive down to Prinos for the bakery, supermarkets or the weekly Monday market but a car is necessary really. Overall, a lovely location and very welcoming hosts.
