Beautifully Renovated Traditional Stone Villa, Private Pool in the Picturesque Village of Sisan!
Villa Viktorija is located in the picturesque village of Sisan at the southern tip of Istria, ten minutes away from Pula and Medulin and just 3 km from the sea. The entire villa consists of 2 separate stone houses which have been lovingly and completely restored with all modern comforts but retaining their traditional charm with exposed stone walls, wooden vaulted ceilings and large open wood burning fireplaces. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 singles accommodating 10 people (in one of the single rooms there is bed 140 x 200 that can sleep 2 children instead of 1 adult), so ideal for groups of friends or families. Each unit has its own modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and comfortable living areas with access to the enclosed courtyard with private pool and sun loungers. There are two covered terraces one with a dining area and large stone built barbecue/grill and the other with chill out furniture to relax after enjoying your evening meals outdoors.

Villa Viktorija is located in the picturesque village of Sisan at the southern tip of Istria, ten minutes away from Pula and Medulin and just 3 km from the sea. Šišan has its own coastline with numerous beaches, coves and unspoiled nature, the locals grow the typical Istrain product such as grapes, olives and farm livestock. The village is known for its traditional fair in the month of June, a marine tradition demonstrating how to repair and caulk an old batana (a boat typical of Rovinj), and a fisherman's demonstration of how the nets are weaved. Restaurants can be found in the neighbouring villages of Liznjan (5 minutes driving) or Medulin (8 minutes driving) as well as the city of Pula.
Sisan is an ideal place for those wishing for a peaceful village location whilst being close to the sea.

Wir haben die Villa Perla zu zehnt für eine Woche gemietet. Alles in allem entsprach die Villa genau unseren Erwartungen. Sie sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und war optimal für 10 Personen ausgerichtet. Die zwei Häuser sind überaus sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir reisten mit einem VW Bus und einem Kleintransporter an. Die Autos passten von der Größe knapp aber ausreichend in die Einfahrt. Das Tor zur Einfahrt ist nach oben mit einem Balken versehen, daher würde wir bei einer Anreise mit VW Bus o.ä. auf eine Dachbox verzichten. Ein kleines Problem, worüber man aber hinweg sehen kann wäre das Internet bzw. W-LAN. Dies hatte nicht immer funktioniert und lies sich auch durch einen sofortigen Lösungsversuch des Hausinhabers nicht beseitigen. Wir gehen davon aus, dass es an der allgemeinen Auslastung der Internetkapazität im Ort Sisan lag. Ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft, deren Lage sowie alles drum herum nur loben. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Highlights sind vorallem der beleuchtete Pool und der offene Grill. Insgesamt waren wir mehr als zufrieden & kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
