Villa with private pool and air conditioning in all bedrooms, simply but comfortably furnished and offers the ideal accommodation for a family with small children or a group of young people who want to spend an unforgettable holiday together. The living room has a comfy sitting corner with fireplace, a spacious dining area, flat screen TV, satellite and Radio/CD with USB. Large French windows let the sunlight in creating a pleasant atmosphere and gives out directly to the terrace by the pool. Here, a table with garden chairs for 8 persons and a brick built BBQ offer the ideal setting for a grilled meal together. Around the pool (6m x 4m - depth: 1,60m - 2m) there´s sun loungers for 8 as well. On the ground floor, there´s also a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The next 2 bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms (one en-suite) and a spacious terrace overlooking the pool are located on the first floor.

Sports & Activities
There are lots of opportunities for water sports at the many beaches in the area and boat trips can be arranged from the Marina at Cala d'Or.
The Cala d´Or Tennis Club is located at 700 m and Golf lovers will find the famous Vall d´Or Golf Club (18 holes) at only 10.5 km.
There is a fantastic twice weekly market (Weds/Sat mornings) in Santanyi and buses run from Cala Egos.

Cala Egos is a great location with many green areas and all amenities within easy reach, so a car rental is not really necessary. There´s 2 lovely sandy beaches in the immediate surroundings; Calo d´Es Pou and Cala Egos. The lively centre of Cala Egos is reachable in only 5 minutes walking and offers a variety of bars and restaurants, there´s also a bank and a supermarket for groceries. The beautiful Marina of Cala d´Or is located at only 10 minutes walking and home to some of the most prestigious yachts, it's lined with great restaurants and a relaxing place to spend the evening. Cala d'Or is right behind the Marina and is the main resort with chic boutiques, bars and restaurants with national and international cuisine, there´s also various sandy coves with crystal clear waters which offer many different water sport activities. A tourist train runs through the whole resort giving you easy access to all.

had a great holiday thanks for you help in the extra time we were able to stay at the villa
one very small point and it did not spoil the holiday,we had some difficulty trying to work out the tv settings i think a small guide on this would be helpful,also the same thing with the hob as we are all gas people.

Lovely villa, very clean, in a great location for Cala Egos and Cala D'Or. The pool was cleaned on at least 3 occasions during our week long stay.
The lack of air conditioning is an issue, I knew when booking that there was no aircon but also read that fans were provided in each bedroom. These fans were the most useless, noisy fans I have ever seen, pointless having them! After complaining we were brought 1 great fan which we put in the kids room, why aren't these the fans in every room? Surely it's worth the investment?
We loved our stay here, replace the fans and I guarantee you will get better reviews.
Comfort, staff and services all rated a 5 for this reason.

The villa was perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and patio area was perfect for the children. It is in a central location for shops, restaurants, the beach and dotty train bus stop. My only issue was that there was no air con although fans were in all of the bedrooms. I would come back!

We have just came back from a lovely week spent at Villa Martina and felt we had to leave a review.
The Villa itself is lovely, clean and despite there being 7 of us get very spacious. The garden area and pool was very well kept and clean. We really enjoyed lazy days by the pool and a BBQ.
The location of the Villa was perfect too. You are within walking distance of the little centre, the marina and the beach. There are some really lovely restaurants directly over the road from the Villa too.
We had a really good holiday at this Villa and would not hesitate in returning.
