Villa Petra nestles in a peaceful position in the tiny hamlet of Kranzeti surrounded by scented pine woods and unspoiled countryside. This traditional Istrian villa (dating back to 1920) sleeps 4 people and retains much of its original charm and character offering comfortable accommodation in a relaxed and homely environment but with the modern amenities of air conditioning, SAT TV, DVD and WiFi. It has a spacious lounge/dining area with rustic-style furnishings, a tiled floor, a central table with four chairs and an open fully equipped kitchen. The lounge also has a convertible sofa bed and a wood burning stove that guests are welcome to use. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, shower room and a guest toilet (washing machine). The upstairs accommodation is accessed by a spiral staircase and comprises of one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. Outside is a private pool set in spacious surroundings of the well-maintained garden with a variety of trees and plants, and a paved terrace area and a large stone-built barbecue, ideal for relaxing evenings and al fresco dining.

Villa Petra is located in a peaceful position in the tiny hamlet of Kranzeti surrounded by scented pine woods and unspoiled countryside, it is perfectly placed for a quiet for relaxing break in a delightfully picturesque and tranquil location. The nearest mini market is 1 km in the small village of Juricani and the larger resort of Umag is eassily reached at only 7 km. The old town of Umag has attractive and narrow cobbled streets whilst its coastline is full of pretty little bays, it is also well known for its marina and international tennis centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and the surrounding area reveals beautiful hills with fortifications that offer magnificent scenery and marvellous history.

Haus - Top, Lage - Top, Pool -Top, war alles super! Für Teenager könnte das WLAN stabiler funktionieren, ist aber doch Urlaub.
