Top floor

Main entrance, with connecting hall to the kitchen and the living room. It is a large and undivided space with a kitchen, a lounge, a dining room and a conservatory as a reading corner room space. This floor has two terraces: one facing south, directly connected to the kitchen and equipped with a wooden porch, the other facing north and connected directly to the living room with fantastic sea views. It also has a wooden porch. This second floor also features two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds that have additional pull out single beds) with en- suite bathroom each and fully equipped. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have natural ventilation and sea views.

Lower floor

Accessed from the terrace via external stairs. The ground floor consists of one double bedroom with bathroom en suite, both with natural ventilation and storage room. The bedroom has amazing sea views and access to the pool.

Amazing views to the sea, mountains, pool, fenced garden, 1600m2 plot, with a small pool with water overflow (4x5m, max depth 2m / min depth 1.50m), various relaxation areas; two small hidden terraces where you can enjoy exceptional views, an area of fruit trees with oranges and mandarins, a forest area in the south side of the house and a small Japanese garden on the north side with cactus and olive trees. Private open-air parking (4 places).

From the house there is a path to reach a little rocky beach (only for the few neighbors who are in the area) in about 5 minutes walk. The most famous beaches near the house are Cala Salada and Cala Gracio.

This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (under 21 years).
