The house sleeps 12 persons and has air conditioning, it is tastefully furnished and provides spacious and light accommodation throughout. There is a large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and dining area with glass doors to the garden, a modern and very well equipped kitchen, laundry room, 6 bedrooms (4 doubles and 2 twins), 4 full bathrooms (1 x en-suite with bathtub and 3 x showers) and even a gym in the basement. It sits on a fenced plot of 3,200 m² with green gardens, 200 m² of terraces, a private pool, a tennis court and a children's playground surrounded by trees making it an ideal place for families to enjoy memorable holidays.

Villa Fleur is very well located at just a few minutes drive from the wonderful beaches of Las Salinas and Playa den Bossa and very close to Sant Jordi and Ibiza Town.
The main centre of Sant Jordi is located around its impressive fortified church, the best preserved on the island. There is a charming tree-lined square next to the church and in the roads nearby you will find good restaurants, little bistros and traditional bars.
In Ibiza town you will find many restaurants, bars, activities and world famous clubs but the town is also steeped in history with a picturesque harbour and ancient fortress.
Playa den Bossa is Ibiza's longest sandy beach and has something for everyone including beach bars, Bali beach beds, great food and an excellent choice of water sports.
