Villa Clarissa is located just 700 meters from the picturesque beach at Es Torrent, it is a large house with 5 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 10 and sits on a generous garden plot of 3,000 m² with a private swimming pool, a gym and surrounded by hedges that provides total privacy. On the main floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite shower, a second double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a shared bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with leather sofas, satellite TV, stereo, DVD and dining room which leads out to the barbecue area and covered porch with a wooden table for 10 people. On the upper floor there is a large master suite with a double bed and big bathroom, this room opens onto a private terrace with furniture and views to the garden and pool. Clarissa has air conditioning, WiFi (available in all bedrooms), 3 TV's and offers very spacious accommodation making it ideal for either large families or groups of friends.

Clarissa is located just 700 meters from the beach at Es Torrent, an unspoiled beach surrounded by beautiful cliffs, the beach is made up of mostly pebbles and a small strip of sand, the clear blue water is perfect for swimming and snorkelling. With a nearby restaurant that offers a wonderful selection of traditional fish dishes and a spectacular view. It is also within easy reach to the beaches of Porroig and Cala Jondal. Cala Jondal is a very beautiful beach, surrounded by pines and jagged cliffs and very popular with boat owners. It is one of the more up-market beaches on Ibiza with a fabulous selection of beach restaurants that are especially popular with the rich and famous.

Très belle villa à 20 mn d’ibiza ! Spacieuse, bien équipée, très fonctionnelle, piscine et fitness. Un havre de paix isolé tout en restant à proximité de l’activité d’ibiza. Idéal en famille. Je recommande sans souci. A noter que la crique à côté est en galets et non de sable. Voiture conseillée.

Beautiful villa, the garden and the swimming pool are amazing. The villa is very quiet and located close to beautiful beaches. Highly recommended and perfect for a group of friends or for families.
