This quaint little one-storey property is fully air-conditioned with WiFi, satellite TV, DVD/CD player and sleeps 4 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living (sofa bed) / dining space including a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Doors lead from here to a large courtyard with a barbecue and 2 covered terrace areas providing shade for both alfresco dining and relaxation. The private swimming pool with sun loungers sits within a walled garden with palm trees, well-kept lawns and views to the countryside.

Located in the south of Mallorca, in the countryside, just 5 km from Campos and 8 km from Felantix where you will find all the services and amenities, restaurants, gas stations, banks, supermarkets, etc. The magnificent natural beaches with crystal clear waters at Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita are some of the best on the Island and and easily reached (15 minutes driving). We would also recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the small villages nearby.

The villa was wonderful, clean and tidy with a great swimming pool. The location was great for visiting both the south & east coasts with some glorious beaches, close to supermarkets and local restaurants.

Für uns war es Perfekt um richtig zu entspannen die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe ist nicht vergleichbar wie im Touristen Hotspot den Grill anmachen mit der Familie im Pool springen und die Natur genießen in dieser Jahreszeit war einfach nur toll.

Lovely Finca for resting and enjoying family
We had a lovely stay at the villa and our kids enjoyed the pool and garden. Ideal for a calm and relaxing break. A bit remote but worth for the outside space And pool.
