The interior is set over 2 floors and is fully air conditioned, on the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining room with wide windows that overlook the pool / gardens, providing plenty of light and views. There are comfortable sofas, (sofa beds for 2 extra guests), satellite TV, WiFi internet, a dining table for 6, together with a truly stunning fully equipped kitchen that has been purposely designed for the villa, plus a guest toilet. Stairs lead up to the first floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the huge master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower as well as a kitchenette perfect for preparing a breakfast or light meal to be enjoyed on the terrace. Two further bedrooms, a double and a twin share a stylish family bathroom with bathtub and also have big patio doors opening straight to a large partially covered, furnished terrace with amazing views of the Mediterranean sea.

Private swimming pool (8 x 5 meters - depth 0.6 - 1.8 meters) that attracts the sun all day and is beautifully lit at night, it can be accessed by Roman Steps or a ladder and sun loungers are provided.

Shaded dining area by the poolside and a large barbecue.
