Pachiammos Villa is a beautifully styled white-washed property with spectacular sea views. It is situated in the centre of Pomos, so within walking distance of amenities and only 2 km from the pretty little harbour with its handful of fish taverns. There are 3 spacious bedrooms that sleep 6 guests plus 1 infant, on the upper floor, bedroom 1 (double bed) incorporates a unique bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub and bedroom 2 (2 single beds) has direct access to a balcony with panoramic sea views plus the sole use of a bathroom with shower also on this level, bedroom 3 (2 single beds) is situated on the ground floor along with another bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living area is large, tastefully furnished (Smart TV) and very comfortable with a dining space and a modern fully equipped connected kitchen. The private pool offers amazing views as does the Hot Tub and the outside dining area, it's a romantic space and ideal for watching the sun set with a chilled glass of wine, the perfect way to relax in luxury and enjoy Cyprus!

Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.

Back from a lovely week in this villa. The views are amazing and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The villa had a comfortable level of furniture and finishings but had a few areas which are starting to look tired. The local agency who look after the villa were excellent and responded quickly to emails etc.
My husband enjoyed going down the steps to the beach but these are in need of attention.

We were a group of 5 and enjoyed our stay very much. The villa has an amazing view onto the ocean and spacious garden. We loved the direct access to the sea and didn’t mind the stairs at all. Located in a small village, it’s not touristic and pretty calm, and you would need a car to get around. We also loved the tavern Chrysta’s for dinner where you can get amazing local food, just a 3 min walk away. Arrival constructions were precise and communication was fast and clear. We would come again.

This vacation was a dream.
The local tour guide was very nice and gave us many helpful tips.
Unfortunately, only a few shops were open through Covid 19.
Everything else was wonderful. Crystal clear water, clean beaches, very nice people and of course very good food.
All in one, I will be back ....

Very nice functional house for our needs. Clean and tidy. Local taverna's were very hospitable. Great views and stunning sunsets directly into the sea. The outstanding feature however is the direct sea access to some great snorkelling. Don't be put off by the various danger warnings-it was actually very accessible and to have the whole reef to yourself was idyllic.
