Located in a residential area with other villas/holiday homes and just 350 m (by stairs) or 900 m (by car) to the beach at Cala Santanyi. The romantic fishing village of Cala Figuera with charming harbour, restaurants and shops is 1.5 km with colourful fishing boats that float in the beautiful bay, numerous cafes and restaurants offer wonderful food and cool drinks. Santanyi is less that 4 km, a rural and authentically Mallorcan town with a serene atmosphere, great places to eat and a fantastic twice weekly market (Weds/Sat mornings). This "golden-stone" town borders the second largest nature park in the Balearics and is a gateway to miles of natural coastline and to the best beaches of the island: Cala S'Almonia, Cala d'Or, Es Caló des Moro, Cala Mondrago and Cala Llombards are approximately 3 km and Es Trenc 15 km.
