This new build villa sleeps 6 guests and is modern and tastefully furnished throughout with large glass doors leading out from the living area and kitchen to the private garden with swimming pool. Distributed over two floors, there are 3 bedrooms (air conditioned) and all have en-suite shower rooms, two of the bedrooms also benefit from a large shared first floor balcony with views across the garden. The third bedroom is on the ground floor along with the main living area, an open plan living/dining room with Satellite TV and a separate fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the fantastic pool the outdoor space is great for sharing meals with a covered dining area, barbecue and comfortable furniture to chill out afterwards. Bedrooms: 4 Sleeps: 8Situated in a family friendly neighbourhood and just a 5 minutes stroll to two beautiful little coves with sand beaches and a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Mal Pas and to the town of Bonaire with its walled marina and scattering of restaurants overlooking the boats where you can enjoy an evening meal without having to drive. The beaches in the affluent little Alcudia suburb of Mal Pas are quiet and usually only used by the locals of the area, the beaches of deep white sand and turquoise waters are small but have all the amenities you’ll need for a day on the beach, each has a life guard station, toilets, beach shower, snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and look out over the Pollenca Bay towards Cap de Formentor. For a wider choice, the shops, restaurants and atmospheric old streets of Alcudia are just five minutes in the car and a real treasure on the island, a perfectly restored medieval walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre, with a wealth of history and charm this town offers visitors an authentic Mallorcan experience. The weekly market in the old town is considered one of the most important on the island due to its atmosphere and wide variety of products on offer and there are plenty of cafes where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a drink and Alcudia also specialises in restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan food.

Everything was fine except the towels for the bathrooms and one set of bed linen, which were a bit stained. A vacuum cleaner would have been nice. Otherwise we were very satisfied and happy with the good facilities, especially the kitchen and the very clean pool and garden area.
