Tucked away, with an enclosed garden the villa offers a peaceful escape by the sea for up to 7 guests. The interiors are bright and spacious with a comfortable living room (Smart TV, fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (2 x double beds / 1 x single + 1 x bunk bed). Air-conditioning is offered throughout (optional extra), there is free Wi-Fi along with all the necessary amenities so you’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive. The house also features a scenic upper floor balcony with sea and mountain views, and a green garden with quiet corners and terraces that invite you to read, sunbathe, swim in the pool or share a meal under the stars. Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.

Located just minutes from the shore, local tavernas, and scenic nature trails the villa is ideally placed between Anassa and Giannakis beaches in Neo Chorio. A quaint and traditional village in Paphos, the central road that cuts across the village, leads to Akamas through the houses, fields and the kraals of the inhabitants. The chapel of Saint Ephraim is situated on a rising at the entrance of the village, in the area called “anadasmos (re-distribution of land)”, in between pine trees, the view from here is unique and panoramic. The neighbouring village of Latchi is just a 7 minutes drive with its coastal paved walk is the picturesque harbour of Polis, known throughout Cyprus for its fresh fish and in the past it served as a small port for shipping carobs. The old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, fish taverns and places of recreation. From Latchi, travellers to Polis can go on short cruises to the Akamas, a must for all visitors.
