Villa Nicolau is a stone-clad farmhouse style villa that has been beautifully renovated providing a bright and spacious property with large terraces to enjoy the spectacular panoramic views to the Sierra Tramontana mountain range and countryside. The accommodation is split over two floors with 7 air-conditioned/heated bedrooms and 8 bathrooms (7 en-suite shower rooms plus 1 family bathroom with bathtub) and comfortably accommodates 14 people. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with 2 fridge/freezers so perfectly equipped for large parties plus an L-shaped lounge/dining area with satellite TV, fireplace and staircase. On the first floor, in addition to 5 of the bedrooms is a room with a pool table, sofas and TV which opens out to a large terrace overlooking the pool with an external staircase leading down. The ground floor terraces offer relaxation and dining areas with an outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue, there is an exterior shower room by the private heated swimming pool (heated low and mid seasons) and sun loungers/umbrellas are provided, the garden is fenced and sits on a plot of 3,000 m². The villa is located less than 2 km from the village of Selva and is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat whilst being centrally placed for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.
Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and a very picturesque area of Mallorca with views to the mountains and countryside and just under 2 km from the village of Selva. Selva sits at the base of the mountain range and adds an impressive backdrop to an already attractive little village that offers peace, relaxation and a genuine slice of rural Mallorca. Even though the village is small there are still several restaurants to choose from here whilst you stroll around the cobbled streets lined with traditional buildings. There is a bus station located here too but a car is recommended to explore the area and visit the beaches. Less than 1 km away (15 minutes walking) is Placa Major which hosts the weekly market (Wednesday from 8 am – 1 pm) selling local produce, flowers, clothing and local crafts. For some more serious shopping travel to Inca, mainly known as Mallorca’s “Leather Town” but look a little bit further and you will find a compact centre and a relaxed atmosphere.
Being located so close to the Tramontana mountains also makes it ideal for those who want to strike out and explore the northern end of the mountain range on foot or by bike.
