The pretty rural town of Campos with plenty of restaurants, shops and a twice weekly market is just a 3 minute drive and within 15 minutes you can experience some of the best beaches in southern Mallorca. Situated on a plot of 45,000 m² with terraces, well kept lawns and trees this large house with a separate apartment can accommodate 9 people. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open plan living/dining area with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Outside is a private swimming pool (for families with young children the pool can be fenced), sun loungers, umbrellas, a shower and a covered terrace. The barbecue house/kitchen has a built-in barbecue, fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink and a large table and chairs for al fresco dining whilst enjoying holidays together and happy times.

Located in the south of Mallorca, in the countryside, just 2.6 km from Campos and 10 km from Felantix where you will find all the services and amenities, restaurants, gas stations, banks, supermarkets, etc. The magnificent natural beaches with crystal clear waters at Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita are some of the best on the Island and and easily reached (15 minutes driving). We would also recommend visiting one of the weekly markets that take place in the villages nearby.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Finca:) Strände sind ca. 20-25 Minuten entfernt, genügend Geschäfte erreicht man innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Man ist schön abgelegen, ohne Nachbarn und hat viel Platz auf dem Gelände! Der Pool und die Grill- und Outdoorecke in Kombination waren einfach super praktisch und wir haben nur draußen (aber im Schatten) gekocht uns gegessen. Betten könnten zwar etwas bequemer sein, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau! Einzig gestört haben die Wespen, wovon es leider echt viele am und im Pool gab. Jedoch waren die gar nicht so beißfreudig, sondern wollten wohl eher die Abkühlung im Wasser ^^ Also es war ein toller Urlaub dort

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen in der Villa, und es war super. Vor allem die Poolanlage mit der geräumigen Küche und dem grossen Essbereich fanden wir spitze. Ein gelungener Urlaub, wirklich empfehlenswert!

Außenbereich mit Küche, Pool und Sonnenliegen perfekt für sonnige Tage. Haupthaus und Poolhaus sind zweckmäßig und eher etwas zu dunkel eingerichtet. Wenn man gutes Wetter hat und nur im Haus schlafen muss, passt alles... Im Nebengebäude wird ein Hund an der Kette gehalten, haben versucht mit dem Besitzer zu reden und ihn abzukaufen. Daraufhin haben sie ihn leider nur im Auto mitgenommen.
