Casa Matias is a large traditional villa that sleeps up to 7/12 people in a peaceful countryside location but within easy reach of amenities and to some of the best beaches on Mallorca. The property is ideal for families, it has 6 bedrooms (4 x double beds, 2 x 2 singles), 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and living room with fireplace. It is furnished in typical Mallorcan style with wooden beamed ceilings and tiled floors with the addition of modern amenities including, WiFi, satellite TV, DVD/CD player. Outside with views to the surrounding countryside is a private swimming pool (6 x 12 meters), sun terrace with loungers, a brick-built barbecue and a dining area with awning for enjoying grilled meals together.

Casa Matias is surrounded by beautiful countryside in a peaceful area but conveniently placed to reach both the pretty rural town of Campos (6 km) and the authentic Mallorcan town of Santanyí (8 m) where you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops as well as great weekly markets. It is also perfectly placed to explore some of the best beaches on the island with Cala Santanyí at 11.3 km and Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia all within 17/19km.

The Finca was really beautiful. Fully equipped with everything you need. There is enough space for at least 12-14 guests. The location is perfect for trips around Mallorca and next supermarket is close by. I can really reccommand the property.

Casa Matias was a lovely place to stay for me an 14 other friends. It has a really great and clean pool and with 15 people fit in the house. With 15 people it is quite crowded but there is still enough space for everyone. The house is totally ok. There aren't too many kitchen tools but also enough for 15 people. You don't have any neighbors wich makes it really relaxed in order of noisy nights. Tony was really nice and was always available if we needed help. The trash bins are 25 minutes away by foot so I would recommend to have a car. The supermarkets are also 10 minutes by car. All in all a good place to stay with a group of friends!

Muy contenta y un entorno precioso!
La casa está muy bien ,grande ,luminosa y cuidada hasta el último detalle ,vinimos toda mi familia 12 personas más un bebé ,pues nos sobraba casa aun ,tuvieron el detalle de ponerme cuna de viaje y trona,la cocina está muy completa hasta con lavavajillas y cafetera dolce gusto ,y una despensa que es propia de las mejores casas de diseño ,el exterior está muy bien ,piscina grande ,amacas y mesa y sillas de sobra para comer y cenar cómodos ,el wifi llega a todos los lados interior y exterior ,de verdad si pudiese llevarme la casa a mi ciudad natal lo haría por que es perfecta para mi y mi familia ,mi enhorabuena a la casa Matías .y tienen juegos de mesa para toda la familia

A beautiful location with outstanding natural beauty with the ability to build your open fired using pre cut wood which really helps with bonding. Garden area is amazing with own lemon and orange trees to pick. Reasonably close to palma with great links to all areas.
